Tri-Valley Improvement Association
			Section 501 (c) (3)
	The Tri-Valley Association is organized exclusively for one or more of the purposes as specified in Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Subject to the provisions of the laws of this state and any limitations, the Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws of the organization relating to action required or permitted to be taken or approved by the directors of this corporation, the activities and affairs of this corporation shall be conducted and all corporate powers shall be exercised by or under the direction of the Board of Directors. The Corporation shall have no more than 9 directors and collectively they shall be known as the Board of Directors. Working together, as a team and with other interested persons along with the goal to establish a community center, we will seek to improve services and activities to the youth, teens, young adults, and senior citizens in and around the surrounding areas of Harcuvar Valley, Harquahala Valley, and McMullen Valley.
